Terms of Use
By accessing this website, or other services or software provided as part of the VATGlasses application ("VATGlasses"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use or access VATGlasses.
This agreement is between you ("User", or "you") and Lenny Colton ("Lenny Colton").

Software License
You may only use VATGlasses for educational purposes (including flight simulation). You must not use VATGlasses for practical navigation.
The VATGlasses software and application is free to use and non-commerical.
You may not:
- modify the materials;
- use the materials for any commerical purpose;
- use the application in any way that is or may be damaging to the application;
- use the application in any way that may impact other users of the application;
- engage in any data mining, crawling, harvesting or extraction in or on the application;
- use the VATGlasses branding (including logo) for advertising or promotional reasons without the written consent of Lenny Colton;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any VATGlasses software;
- transfer, replicate or reproduce the materials to others.
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lenny Colton at any time. Upon termination of this licence, you must destroy any materials in your possession.

Charts and Third Party Content
Data which is displayed as part of the VATGlasses application is compiled from a variety of third-party sources.
Unless explicitly denoted, Lenny Colton owns all data displayed on VATGlasses for copyright purposes. Ownership of the original source data used to create the VATGlasses data remains with third parties.
Data is displayed to users according to the terms of this agreement. As such, unless explicitly specified and granted by a license, you must not reproduce, modify, adapt or otherwise exploit Charts that are displayed in VATGlasses.
Lenny Colton has not reviewed all of the sites or content linked or displayed in the VATGlasses application, and is not responsible for the contents of any such content or site. The inclusion of any link or third-party content does not imply endorsement by Cobalt Gird. Use of any such linked website or content is at the user's own risk.

User Generated Content
User Generated Content ("UGC") is defined as any public data, information or materials that is provided by a user of the VATGlasses service during the course of use of the application. This does not include personal or sensitive data as defined by GDPR, such as names, emails or passwords, and also does not include data contributed to the VATGlasses GitHub repositories.
By providing UGC in the VATGlasses application, the user is explicitly granting Lenny Colton a irrevocable and perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide license, by Lenny Colton or other Lenny Colton authorised parties, to use, copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, print, publish, excerpt, reformat, translate, modify, transform and incorporate into other works in any format of media or expression, and to license or permit others to do so.
This license also grants us the right to sublicense that UGC to other users to permit their use of that UGC as part of the application.
The user provides assurance that any UGC provided to VATGlasses was originally created by them, or that the content is properly licensed to them to allow for the aforementioned license to be granted.

Disclaimer
This site and VATGlasses application is provided “as is”, with all faults, and Lenny Colton express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this site or the materials contained on this site.

Limitations
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software. Nothing contained on this site shall be interpreted as advising you.

Accuracy of Content
No assurance is given for the reliability, accuracy or currency of any materials, including Charts, contains within the VATGlasses application.

Modifications
Lenny Colton is permitted to revise these Terms of Use at any time as they see fit and, by using the VATGlasses application, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

License Rights
Lenny Colton is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
